Martin Welsh DipPFS, Managing Director
Martin graduated from the St. James’s Place Academy in 2016 and holds a Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning
Prior to joining the financial services industry, he spent eight years working in the oil & gas sector and obtained a BEng Honours Degree
Working with families, individuals and business owners he aims to identify financial priorities and objectives to then develop a strategy to help clients achieve these
His approach is one of problem solving, rather than product selling and as a result, clients can expect to receive extremely high levels of service and support
Martin enjoys spending time with his Fiancée Lesley and dog Hugo and is also a supercar enthusiast.
Kieran Taylor DipPFS, Managing Director
Having identified financial services as his industry of choice, Kieran graduated from the St. James’s Place Academy and holds a Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning
Previously he held various project, engineering and sales roles with the oil & gas industry, including being based in Norway
By providing holistic financial planning to all of his clients, he prides himself on building a sustainable and fruitful relationship with clients by understanding their needs and provide solutions to achieve their long term and short term financial aspirations
When not working, he will be found on the golf course or spending time with his friends and partner, Natalie. One of the goals on his bucket list is to travel to every country in Europe.
Maddie Stephen BA (HONS), Practice Co-Ordinator
After completing a Law and Management honours degree, Maddie began her career in financial services in 2014, and has acquired a wealth of industry experience in roles encompassing administration, mortgages and client services.
Maddie has brought this knowledge to Welsh & Taylor Wealth and now oversees the Practice running’s, and all aspects of client contact and client management.
Maddie enjoys spending time with her friends and enjoys travelling around the world.
Emma Murison, Finance Co-Ordinator
Emma studied Biomedical Sciences and Accounting & Finance at Robert Gordon University and has always had a passion for numbers.
Having previously worked within the financial industry as an Analyst and as a Finance Executive, she has brought a wealth of knowledge to Welsh & Taylor Wealth. Emma oversees the finances and all aspects of budgeting and cash flow, as well as analysing financial reports and implementing business procedures.
When not in the office, Emma enjoys socialising with friends and family.
